"The Gospel According to a Tree" presents the scientific facts regarding a tree, then compares them to the ways of God as found in His word. Because God is the Designer and Sustainer of the tree as well as the Author of the Scriptures, we find perfect harmony between the two, one illustrating the other. All of the parts of a tree depend upon a power outside of itself in order to grow and bear fruit. It gives us a perfect illustration of the Christians' dependence on his Creator.
"The Gospel According to a Tree" is written at a 12 year old's learning level, but can be easily adapted to any age level. It is best used in the out of doors classroom.
